Job Description

A Motion Graphics Designer is being sought who will be responsible for:

• Designing and producing short-form informational and explainer videos
• Creating visually engaging animations with strong storytelling and pacing
• Collaborating with the creative team to deliver professional-quality output
• Managing multiple video and design projects simultaneously

Requirements

Must Have:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in motion graphics design and video production
• Expert proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop
• Strong understanding of animation principles, visual communication & design fundamentals
• Ability to simplify complex ideas into clear, engaging visual content
• Excellent sense of timing, pacing, and storytelling
• Familiarity with audio editing, sound effects & syncing visuals with narration or music
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Good to Have:

• Experience with Cinema 4D or other 3D software
• Flexibility in adapting to varying visual styles while maintaining brand consistency
