Welcome to the MyGlobAD Community Forum — A space where freelancers, agencies, brands and marketing experts from across India and beyond come together to discuss ideas, share insights, solve challenges and grow together.

The MyGlobAD Community Forum is designed as an open, knowledge-sharing platform where advertising professionals, freelancers, agency owners, brand managers, marketers, event planners, signage experts, designers, developers and business owners can freely ask and discuss any topic related to advertising, branding, and business growth.

You’re welcome to ask questions about:

How to find and hire the right freelancer, agency, or vendor for your project requirements using the MyGlobAD platform.

How to launch and manage outdoor advertising campaigns such as flex printing, LED boards, vehicle branding, digital marketing, and event setups.

Best practices for pricing projects, preparing vendor quotes, or managing client expectations in different advertising categories.

Tips on optimizing campaign timelines, budgets, and installation processes for events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.

How to use specific features on MyGlobAD — like posting a project, creating a vendor profile, listing services, or tracking campaign orders.

Custom business challenges related to advertising, marketing, and promotions — whether it’s about managing bulk orders, handling remote clients, or scaling your ad business.

Suggestions for digital tools, signage materials, event strategies, or creative concepts for unique branding needs.

Questions about collaborating with other professionals, finding industry contacts, or networking opportunities through the MyGlobAD community.

Ideas for platform improvements, feedback on user experience, or service recommendations that could benefit the entire community.

👉 Important:

Before asking a new question, please search existing questions and answers to check if your topic has already been addressed. You can use keywords, categories, or tags to locate relevant discussions.

It’s perfectly fine to answer your own question as well — this helps others who might face a similar situation later.

Before you ask - please make sure to search for a similar question. You can search questions by their title or tags. It’s also OK to answer your own question.

Please avoid asking questions that are too subjective and argumentative or not relevant to this community.

The goal of this site is create a relevant knowledge base that would answer Questions, Discussion, Thoughts related to MyGlobAD and Ad Industry Only.

Therefore questions and answers can be edited like wiki pages by experienced users of this site in order to improve the overall quality of the knowledge base content. Such privileges are granted based on user karma level: you will be able to do the same once your karma gets high enough.

If this approach is not for you, please respect the community.

You should only ask practical, answerable questions based on actual problems that you face. Chatty, open-ended questions diminish the usefulness of this site and push other questions off the front page.

To maintain a productive, respectful, and relevant community environment, we kindly request that you avoid posting:

  • Overly subjective, opinion-based, or argumentative questions like “Which agency is the best in India?” or “Why are freelancers unreliable?”
Such topics don’t offer constructive value to the community.
  • Questions unrelated to advertising, branding, marketing, events, or business operations. This includes personal topics, unrelated business ventures, political discussions, or unrelated tech topics.
  • Duplicate questions where similar queries have already been answered in the community. Always use the search feature first.
  • Questions intended solely for personal promotion or advertising your services, social media, or external platforms. We aim to keep the forum helpful and unbiased for all users.
  • Sharing personal or confidential information, like mobile numbers, email addresses, client names, or vendor pricing in public threads. Use private messaging where appropriate.
  • Controversial, abusive, or offensive content. Any post violating community guidelines will be immediately flagged and removed by moderators.

(The above section was adapted from Stackoverflow’s FAQ.)

More over:

  • Answers should not add or expand questions. Instead, either edit the question or add a comment.
  • Answers should not comment other answers. Instead add a comment on the other answers.
  • Answers shouldn't just point to other questions. Instead add a comment indicating "Possible duplicate of...". However, it's fine to include links to other questions or answers providing relevant additional information.
  • Answers shouldn't just provide a link a solution. Instead provide the solution description text in your answer, even if it's just a copy/paste. Links are welcome, but should be complementary to answer, referring sources or additional reading.
  • Answers should not start debates This community Q&A is not a discussion group. Please avoid holding debates in your answers as they tend to dilute the essence of questions and answers. For brief discussions please use commenting facility.
  • When a question or answer is upvoted, the user who posted them will gain some points, which are called "karma points". These points serve as a rough measure of the community trust to him/her. Various moderation tasks are gradually assigned to the users based on those points.
  • For example, if you ask an interesting question or give a helpful answer, your input will be upvoted. On the other hand if the answer is misleading - it will be downvoted. Each vote in favor will generate 10 points, each vote against will subtract 2 points. There is a limit of 200 points that can be accumulated for a question or answer per day. The table given at the end explains reputation point requirements for each type of moderation task.

Here a table with the privileges and the karma level

To maintain a high-quality knowledge base that benefits everyone, certain trusted community members and forum moderators have the ability to edit posts for clarity, accuracy, and readability. Here’s how it works:

Minor edits like fixing typos, formatting errors, adding relevant tags, or correcting factual mistakes can be made to improve the overall quality of the discussion.

Suggestions for clarification or restructuring questions/answers may also be applied to make them more searchable and useful to future readers.

Content edits are reviewed to preserve the original meaning, intent, and tone of your post. The idea is to enhance value, not censor your perspective.

Major edits or changes to sensitive content are typically flagged for your review and approval.

This collaborative editing model ensures the MyGlobAD Community Forum remains clear, helpful, and valuable for every visitor — whether a new freelancer, a brand manager, or an advertising agency owner.
