Job Description

A Marketplace Growth Freelancer is being sought who will be responsible for:

• End-to-end ownership of marketplace accounts.
• Hands-on product listing with conversion optimisation.
• Managing and scaling Amazon and Flipkart advertising campaigns.
• Daily sales tracking, optimisation, and execution of growth actions.
• Budget planning and ROAS-focused ad scaling.
• Keyword research, ranking improvement, and visibility growth.
• Driving consistent daily orders across platforms.
• Identifying winning products and scaling them.
• Coordinating inventory planning to avoid stock-outs.
• Submitting weekly insights and structured growth plans (push, pause, scale strategy).

Requirements

Must Have:

• Proven experience in scaling marketplace accounts.
• Strong understanding of ads management, ranking logic, and sales velocity.
• Experience with budget planning and ROAS-driven scaling.
