Delivery Availability
We currently offer product deliveries in:
- Tier-1 Cities: Mumbai , Pune & Expansion in progress — stay updated via our newsletter.
- Tier-2 Cities: Nashik & Expansion in progress — stay updated via our newsletter.
For bulk corporate orders or urgent campaigns in other regions, contact our support team for custom logistics arrangements.

Note: Delivery timelines apply to orders for a single quantity and placed before 4:00 PM IST. Orders received after this time will be processed the following business day.
Packaging & Handling
We take every precaution to ensure your signage materials reach you in perfect condition:
- Flex banners are packed with protective covers and rolled securely.
- Framed products are bubble-wrapped and corner-protected.
- Large orders are dispatched in sturdy cartons with reinforced packing.
Order Tracking
- Customers can track their order status via the Track Your Order page using the Order ID and Email ID.
- Delivery updates available on WhatsApp and email notifications.
Missed Deliveries
In case of unsuccessful delivery attempts:
- Our delivery partner will make one additional attempts within 24 hours.
- If still undelivered, the order will be returned to our warehouse. Re-delivery will incur additional charges.
Shipping Charges

- For orders with metal frames additional handling charges may apply for orders. eg. above 20 kg or bulk shipments.
Note: Special discounted or waived delivery charges for VIP Members, bulk buyers and Loyalty Reward customers.
Order Modification & Delivery Instructions
You can provide custom delivery instructions (like evening delivery, specific time slots or secure drop locations) during the checkout process.
Post-order changes are not guaranteed but may be accommodated based on availability.
Quality Check & Delivery Acceptance
- Inspect all products at delivery.
- Report any visible damage or missing items within 24 hours via Customer Support.
- No claims will be entertained after this period.
Non-Serviceable Areas
We currently do not deliver to remote, restricted or military areas.
