Whether it’s a flex banner, LED board artwork, or event branding collateral — your file can be submitted securely during the checkout process.
To ensure fast, accurate, and high-quality printing, please carefully follow the instructions and guidelines below.
How to Upload Your Design File
Follow these simple steps to successfully submit your artwork for printing:
Step 1: Add Your Product to Cart
✔️ Select your desired product, size, frame option (if applicable)
✔️ Click ‘Add to Cart’
Step 2: Continue to Checkout
✔️ In the cart page, press ‘Continue’ to proceed to delivery details
Step 3: Fill Delivery Details
✔️ Enter your name, mobile number, email ID, address, and delivery pin code
✔️ Select delivery time preferences if available
Step 4: Order & Campaign Instructions
✔️ After delivery details, you’ll reach the Order Instructions section
✔️ Here you’ll find an option to ‘Upload Artwork / Design File’
✔️ Supported file formats: .PDF, .CDR, .AI, .EPS, .JPG (300 DPI)
✔️ Maximum file size: 50 MB
✔️ If your file is larger, select ‘Proceed without Upload’ and email your file separately to [email protected] with your Order ID.
Step 5: Review and Confirm
✔️ Double-check product, size, delivery details, and file attachment
✔️ Confirm all campaign notes or printing preferences
Step 6: Proceed to Payment
✔️ Select payment mode and complete your transaction
✔️ Your order confirmation with a file review acknowledgment will be sent via email and SMS
Important Design Upload Terms & Conditions
Before submitting your design, please read and accept the following:

File Responsibility:
Customers are solely responsible for the quality, resolution, and copyright permissions of the artwork submitted. -
Color Output Variance:
Printed colors may vary by ±10% from on-screen previews due to material and print ink differences. -
File Approval:
MyGlobAD reserves the right to reject files that are low resolution, incorrect format, or violate content policies (offensive, illegal, or restricted content). -
Resubmission:
If your file is rejected, you’ll be notified via email/phone with a request for resubmission. Production will commence only after the approved file is received. -
Design Proofs:
We do not provide digital proofs unless specifically requested in the order notes. Proof requests may affect dispatch timelines.
Artwork Upload Policy
- All designs must be submitted at least 2 hours before the dispatch deadline to qualify for same-day production and delivery.
- MyGlobAD shall not be liable for delays caused by late or improper file submission.
- Final printed quality depends on the resolution and format of the file uploaded.
- Files once submitted cannot be edited or replaced after production has begun.
- All artwork files are stored securely and automatically purged from our system within 15 days of order dispatch to ensure client data privacy.
Security & Data Privacy
We prioritize your privacy. All uploaded files are encrypted and securely stored on our servers for internal use only. Your files will never be shared or reused for any other purpose without explicit permission.
